Data Accuracy & Limitation of Liability
Accuracy: While we strive for the highest possible accuracy (aiming for up to 85%), all data is provided “as-is.” Information is pulled from third party public records and databases.
No Guarantee: Vanguard Skip Tracing does not guarantee that the data provided will result in a successful real estate transaction or contact.
Liability: We are not liable for any financial losses, legal issues, or business decisions made based on the data provided through our services.
Payment & Refund Policy
Payments: Payments for services are due in full via our accepted payment processors (e.g., Payoneer, Fiverr, or Remitly) before data delivery unless otherwise agreed upon.
Refunds: Due to the digital nature of our products (data and information), all sales are final once the skip tracing report or lead list has been delivered. If there is a technical error in the file, we will provide a corrected version at no extra cost.
Compliance and Legal Use
Users of our data agree to comply with all local and federal laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). It is the user’s responsibility to ensure they have the legal right to contact the individuals provided in our skip tracing reports.
